Cakeposer

Cakeposer is a family owned confectionary company. The journey of Cakeposer begins from 2016, a charity event that Ming and Ting (our owner/pastry chef) joined together in Philadelphia, which was to bake goodys for young children. They soon realized that this is where their heart and passion leads them into. Ming and Ting have taken many culinary and pastry arts classes over time to prep them for this career path. They dedicate their time to focus on making macaroons, mousse cakes, cookies and foundant cakes. Their baking philosophy is to create healthy, light texture and low in sugar delightful dessert. Throughout the time, they have established many good feedbacks and loyalty customers from Tri-State area. Now, they are finally getting ready to move into a permanant store front to continue to better serve the neighborhood.
